Florida Hospital HospiceCare has a hired Diane B. Trask to serve as the Community Liaison.
In this new role, Trask will market directly to hospitals, physician offices, nursing homes and assisted living facilities in both Volusia and Flagler counties.
Trask has more than 20 years of experience in the hospice field, and has served as a community liaison, social worker, patient care coordinator and admissions social worker.
In 2000, Trask took a hiatus from hospice and worked as a Care Coordinator for GeriMed of America, Inc., a health care delivery and medical management organization, managing patient care in various healthcare settings. In 2005, Trask pursued a master's degree in healthcare administration to grow her knowledge and understanding of healthcare further; she graduated in 2009.
Most recently, Trask served as Community Relations Manager for Bishop's Glen Retirement Community in Holly Hill where she was responsible for the public image, advertising and marketing.
